Warranty: what happens when a product fails?
ALL of our online products include a complimentary 3 year warranty with the following terms.
- Product must have failed while operating within formal specifications or it will be handled as a repair
- Purchaser must provide original purchase receipt
- Return shipping is at buyers expense
Making a warranty claim:
- Contact us, and our sales department will open a warranty case and collect any additional information required
- Return the affected item(s) to our RMA department at

+1 877 825 1530 - After our RMA department receives the item they will perform analysis to determine the cause of failure.
If the cause of failure is determined to be within the warranty we will either repair or replace the product and ship it back to you at our expense.
If the cause of failure is determined to be outside the warranty such as water damage on a device not specified for under water operation it will be handled as a repair.
Broken or Defective Items: What happens if the item i received is broken or deffective?
If you receive a broken or defective item we will will present you with the option of either accepting a replacement or returning your item for a refund, in either case please note the following
- Depending on the item, we may require it back for failure analysis, in this case we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs (Return shipping receipt may be required)
- Return the affected item(s) to our RMA department at

Returns: What happens if i purchased the wrong item or don’t need it anymore?
Returns are accepted within 30 days and carry the following terms.
- Return shipping is at buyers expense
- 20% restocking fee may apply
- Proof of purchase (e.g invoice or receipt) required

Repairs: What about a product that fails but isn’t covered by the warranty?
We are equipped to repair almost all of our products from the very worst of damage, if your product has suffered from electrical surge, water or physical damage theirs a good chance we can repair it at a fraction of the original cost.
