ULTRA SENSITIVE CONVERSION

Our device features a world-class conversion noise floor of up to 110db with sample rates up to 128KSPS . This advanced and highly precise sensor digitization allows the unit to extract massive amounts of information from the bearing such as failure type (outer race, inner race, roller), low grease, miss-alignment, balance, fatigue and more! Our wide bandwidth acquisition system also ensures that other overriding noises and vibrations do not interfere with the bearing analysis.

Conventional wireless systems relied on batteries that needed to be changed regularly, the need to conserve power also resulted in poor quality analysis.

Our innovative system can harvest stray magnetic fields from the motor to run itself thus removing the need for routing long cables or changing batteries.
