Description
The FLEX-AIO-8-I card is a highly flexible 8 channel fully isolated universal analog and
discrete input / output module for the Flexs Q5M series modular CPU.
Features:
Surge Suppression
• 4500W rating exceeds IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Min. Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT and IEC 61000-4-5
• Solid State Design does not wear out with repeated use like most units with gas discharge tubes (GDT’s).
• In most cases removes the need for any external surge suppresion devices.
• UL Recognition (File# E153537)
Universal
• Software Configurable Discrete, Voltage, Current, Input and Output, Thermocouple, RTD all on one card
• Multifunction inputs simplify BOM, wiring and installation.
Isolation
• Surge rated up to 5000 VRMS
• 1.5KV Continuous Isolation Rating
Advanced Diagnostics
• Built in sensor diagnostics for overload, open circuit and more
• Communication checksums for reliable communication in electrically noisy environments
